Aktiv Haul Off / Cable Pulling belts have seamless covers, no splice areas - so no delamination issues.

They are designed for high friction with excellent abrasion resistance. Precision ground finish ensures perfect thickness. We can supply a variety of base / substrate materials for exceptional belt tracking. Our bases includes Poly V and Timing belts.

The technology we employ allows us to reduce a finished product that is truly endless. Our belts enjoy a better service life due to uniform thickness (no overlapping joins), uniform strength rating, smaller pulley diameters required and good straight line tracking.

Applications

Haul-Off Units consist of a pair of belts driven by pulleys, one above the other with parallel axis. In almost all cases, pneumatic rolls exert suitable pressure on the inside of the tracks to improve contact and performance. The tracks are supposed to grasp and HAUL the material at constant speed to prevent the finished product from being deformed.

Product Characteristics

Cover:

Abrasion, oil and grease, or heat resistant. Variety of colour and shore hardness (35 to 86 ShA). Unlimited thickness, precision ground, special grooves or patterns are available on request.

Endless Lengths:

Up to 20m (inside circumference).

Widths:

Up to 450mm

Carcass:

Multiple textile plies (wound - no junction) wound cord (rayon, aramid, polyester) as well as metallic carcass (special application).

Tensile Strength:

Up to 1600 kgs per cm of belt width (1600 N/mm)

Other features:

Truly endless, no splice or join in top cover, precision ground for accurate thickness, molded edge available, rigid standards are maintained during manufacturing to provide exceptional belt life.
